Weekly bookings periods run from Saturday to Saturday.
Short Breaks can be arranged subject to other bookings.
Discounts will be applied to low season late bookings,
single couple occupancy, and for multiple weeks lets.

Terms
20% of rental at time of booking. The full balance of the rental costshould be paid 4 weeks before the day of occupation. If the full balance
is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday booking,
in which case the deposit will be forfeit.
In order for the property to be prepared for visitors we require some
time between vacation of the cottage and the next occupancy.
The cottage will be available from 4pm on the first day and should
be vacated by 10am on the last day.
